Great location. Easy walk to the beach. I met the owner, he was great. The property was completely remodeled. From sidewalks to windows, everything was replaced. You can choose the size of your room. I chose the smallest, which worked for me. The property has two buildings. The one building is not as lovely as the completely remodeled building. So be sure to pick the room on the renovated side.

Newly renovated to a high standard. Microwave was a positive. Very comfortable bedding. Not too far from beach. About a 2km walk to supermarket. Bus stop fairly handy to get around.

The hotel is very new. Therefore the rooms are in very good condition and it is very clean, the bathrooms are well ahead of the others in this class. The staff is very nice and supportive. No breakfast is offered, but this becomes clear when ordering. And on the other hand there is a small kitchen that you can actually use, with an oven, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils you need. The location is good: close to the beach and within easy reach of the hotspots of Atlantic Blvd, yet it is very quiet. Recommended.

Rolo Beach Hotel was an unexpected gym. It was tucked in this little area of cute boutiques and cafes all within about 4 blocks to the beach, which was gorgeous! We had everything we needed, the rooms were huge! The only improvement that could be made was replacing the mattress on the pull out couch as it was a bit sunken in and worn. Otherwise, this was a great stay!

No breakfast, no frills but a real bargain. Minutes to the beach! Open the door to your room, take about 30 steps and your car is right out front, no walking thru parking lots! Very clean, plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, etc Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, safe.No couch but card table with two chairs in my room. The receptionist was great!

The manager, Chris, was extremely nice: he upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost since the one we booked was in the older part of the hotel. He provided us with clean towels and blankets whenever we needed it and he even gave me free water on a day where I was feeling sick. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the beach and I a very quiet and nice neighborhood. We loved it!

The location was amazing! One short walk away from the beach, literally. There was ample parking and there were many restaurants nearby (walking distance), both fancy and casual. The host, Chris, was the best! Very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms were very fresh and clean, i did not have to worry about the cleanliness lol. We really had a great time over new years. They had many poolside chairs and towels and the pool was heated!

Very clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was very well setup and clean. It was a suite generally and well equipped. Access and parking are so easy. This place has great pride for a small classic. I really admired what I was offered.
